"I just got the best insurance deal ever with Angel from the Martin Melkonian State Farm Office. Also if a home is gut remodeled and it's reflected on the appraisal district website, State Farm will utilize the remodeled date for the quote. My home was built in 1965 and no other insurance agency would give me cheaper insurance because of age even though it was remodeled to the studs. State Farm gave me insurance based on a 2023 home rather than 1965 since it was reflected as a true remodeled and permitted to code home. THANK YOU MARTY and ANGEL!!!
